General

What kind of events do you play for?

Weddings, parties, corporate functions, birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, open houses, and dinner parties.

Do you play outside?

Yes, but we need to be in a shaded area such as a tent or gazebo (minimum 8 ft. x 8 ft.). Because our instruments are delicate, we are wary of exposing them to direct sunlight.

How far do you travel?

Most of our engagements are in the Fresno area. Occasionally, we travel to other parts of the Valley, Foothills and the state.

Before I decide to book, can I hear you play?

The majority of our work is for private functions; however, the samples on our Listen & Plan page will give you an accurate idea of how we'll sound and the standard of our playing.

Do you attend wedding rehearsals?

Not usually. If the trio needs to rehearse a song with other musicians or vocalists, arrangements can be made to meet for a brief run-through just prior to the ceremony.

When do you arrive at the event location?

About 30 minutes before our scheduled time to begin playing. For weddings, we usually start playing 20 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Musical

Are you able to accompany a vocalist or other musicians?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a song to be played alongside a vocal soloist, duet or larger group. We can also write for other instruments (i.e. piano, organ, trumpet, flute, etc.).

How much notice is needed for a custom arrangement?

Two months is ideal; but there are times when we can write on shorter notice.

How much does a custom arrangement cost?

$125    Custom Arranging (per song)

Rate may be more depending on the complexity of the piece and/or addition of other vocal or instrumental parts.

Can you advise me about which pieces to choose?

Yes, we’ll spend as much time as needed going through various options. As musicians, we’re familiar with a vast array of pieces and understand how suitable they'll be.
